My company recently placed an order with Wuhan Jarmoo Flag Co., Ltd. which they failed to properly fulfill. Despite full communication in our email chains confirming and reiterating our original order count to their sale representative, our final order count was incorrect. This will impact us on a number of orders as we will be unable to fulfill multiple of our customer's orders as a result.
We contacted Wuhan Jarmoo Flag Co., Ltd. when the count was found to be off to resolve this issue and they have refused. They said we would have to place another order of 100 units if we wanted to fulfill our original order even though the mistake was on their company. When we escalated the issue they still requested we pay for the missing product from our original order plus shipping.
This is unacceptable on multiple levels as a supplier company unable to complete a proper count for fulfillment and the sales representative of said company behaving and communicating so poorly.
